Traceability, Quality and Inspection

From field to fork

All of our product is fully traceable, with pesticide warranties,
and everything we buy is UK Assured Produce or its European equivalent.

Our Quality Control team check all incoming and outgoing produce.
Samples of finished product are kept for the duration of their shelf life, and retested daily.
A selection of finished produce and raw materials are microbiologically tested by an independent UKAS lab.
We are fully registered and audited member of Soil Assocation, Organic Standard.
Our customers regularly audit us, and we regularly audit our suppliers.
